About the RNG facility
Commissioned in 2021, the Tessman Road RNG facility converts landfill gas from Republic Services’ Tessman Road Landfill into pipeline quality RNG, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and lowering fuel costs.
RNG from Tessman Road is used to power a fleet of municipal buses in San Antonio and is also supplied by pipeline to customers across North America for residential and commercial heating and electricity generation.
