Supporting the Upper Lachlan Community through the Cullerin Range Wind Farm Community Fund
From new air conditioning in community spaces to upgraded equipment for local groups, this year’s Cullerin Range Wind Farm Community Fund is helping improve comfort, safety and skills across the Upper Lachlan Shire.
The 2025/26 grant period saw support go to three local organisations:
- Dalton Public Hall Reserve Land Manager—installation of split system air conditioning units to improve comfort for community events and gatherings.
- Gunning Early Learning Centre—new air conditioners to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for children and staff.
- Upper Lachlan Wood Guild—upgrade of a thicknesser machine to support woodworking activities and skills development.
In total, A$26,339.00 was contributed to these projects through the fund.
EDL owns and operates the 30MW Cullerin Range Wind Farm and has been a proud partner in the Community Fund since acquiring the wind farm in 2016.
