Remote energy & hybrids

In order to meet the needs of regional and remote communities and industrial projects, EDL uses a range of methods to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable power generation solutions.

In remote energy this involves integrating a variety of energy sources such as natural gas, wind, solar, batteries, LNG, CNG, and diesel with reciprocating, open cycle and closed cycle gas turbine generation technologies and waste heat recovery.

Hybrid projects are an innovative approach to energy delivery utilising renewables such as wind or solar combined with battery storage and enabling technologies to minimise or replace traditional energy sources such as diesel or gas.
